Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the venue, project, company and contact information entered in the form, together with basic source information such as the referring page and campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to review your proposed project, respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant design or budget discussions, maintain an enquiry record and protect the form from abuse.
Tracking and cookies
A functional cookie remembers your language for one year. With your consent, TikTok Pixel and Events API measure page views, venue-concept views, form progress, successful enquiry submissions and campaign performance, and may process IP address, device/browser information, advertising identifiers and TikTok cookies. We do not send the form’s contact details or free-text message to TikTok. When you decline, the Pixel does not load and no Events API event is sent. Your choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed through Cookie settings.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the project discussion and applicable business obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information using the contact details provided in our response.
Controller information
The final company contact details, legal entity information, retention period and international-transfer wording must be reviewed and approved by Lookiido before production launch.
